Hello fellow bloggers, I just would like to share my personal and honest experience with this company. This was my first time switching from the normal website that I frequently order to Hair Couture as I was in search of a new texture to play with. In the beginning their was some confusion with an order that I placed but Customer Service was courteous, professional and addressed all of my issues within 24 hours or less. Shipping was also prompt with an in-transit time of about 3 days from NY to Ohio, tracking was also provided which I am a huge fan of as I'm very impatient! The hair quality is fantastic! What I ordered is precisely what I was looking for. Overall I am very satisfied with the hair received and the customer service displayed. Due to the professionalism, service and quality of hair provided. I will be ordering from this site again and have recommended them to a few of my friends.

Hi I just wanted to thank you for your patience in responding to my questions, I also wanted to say that I love the hair. I order the hair on Friday and received it on Tuesday,I had it installed on Wednesday, I am very happy with my purchase and will send you a pic as so as I can. The hair is thick and beautiful and I like that the lengths are a little longer than stated.
I bought this texture hair in the past from another website and it wasn't has thick and the lengths were shorter than stated. When I was having my hair installed I was being asked where did I purchase my hair, even the hair dresser asked me about the hair. I was telling them that I will be purchasing the Caribbean curly for my next summer do. So once again Thank You.
