Return/Exchange

Return Policy
 
Our quality control process is very detailed and thorough, this way we avoid any undesirable hair being shipped to you. All of our hair has been washed, treated, conditioned and air dried. This way we are able to examine the hairs behavior when manipulated. We do this to ensure that you receive your item tested and ready to wear.

 

 

Due to health related concerns we do not accept returns on hair that has been altered from the original packaging in any way. No returns on hair that has been installed, worn, or damaged. This includes but is not limited to hair that has been:

 

  • Removed from bag and unbound
  • Relaxed
  • Permed
  • Colored
  • Hot Curled
  • Flat Ironed
  • Cut
  • Washed with harsh chemicals

 

 

All hair returns must have the original tags, ribbon, and binders still attached in original packaging. We adhere to this policy as a necessary health precaution.

 

All hair products are Non- refundable (Shampoo, Conditioner, Treatment etc)


All returns and exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee

 

 

Exchange Policy

 

 If you will like an exchange/refund because the item was not as described send us an email we will definitely try to resolve the issue promptly. We will not grant any refunds/exchanges on hair that has been altered from the packaged state in any way. All refunds/exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receipt. Once we receive your request for exchange/refund we will reply with instructions and RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#) if necessary. Upon delivery of the return/exchange and RMA# we will ship back the correct item free of charge if it is stock.

 

Any unauthorized returns/exchanges will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Any returns/exchanges that have been altered from the original packaging will also be refused or returned to the customer at their expense. My Hair Couture will hold the items for 7 days awaiting the customer’s payment of shipping charges. If we do not receive payment to send the item back to the customer, it will be discarded. My Hair Couture will not credit any items that cannot be restocked.
