At My Hair Couture, we provide high quality hair extensions along side premium customer service. We believe in offering the highest level of hair and service at affordable prices. The Company was started by a hair stylist from New York. After constantly listening to her client’s complaints about tangling, matting and shedding hair she began her research. One thing that she noticed was that the hair had undergone harsh chemical processing for color and texture, stripping the cuticle and causing the hair to become very unmanageable.
After many trial and error sessions, she set out to find quality virgin and Remy hair that her clients could treat as their own. She determined the best the hair quality is from India and this hair sustained the most abuse. At first she only sold couture pieces to her clients, but after she noticed how well this hair was received she decided to distribute to other stylist for their clients as well. We are located in New York and ship hair all over the world. My Hair Couture is a online business and all request will be handled via email.
Our hair is truly couture pieces, it arrives unprocessed in its raw state. We wash, condition, and treat the hair then air dry and package, all in house. We stand behind our hair and we are confident that you will love you couture hair, if for any reason you receive hair and it is not what was described we will exchange the hair or issue a refund on any unopened purchase with 4 days of receipt. Due to health conditions/ reason WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY USED OR OPENED PACKAGES FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
